Please see the below certificates held by Clint A. Franks. Clint started his career as a Union Sheet metal Worker for Local 19 Central Pennsylvania in 1993. Served in the four year apprenticeship program and placed at the regional apprentice contest. immediately began as a foreman when completing the apprenticeship program.
In June of 2000 Clint was hired by Eastern Air Balance Corporation. Clint began with small projects and quickly excelled to project manager, safety coordinator and performed estimating. CJ started his career as a Construction Laborer working for McHugh Service Company in 1999. He attended University of Pittsburgh while working summers for McHugh Service Company. He graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Hispanic Language & Literature and Luso-Brazilian Language and Literature. He continued to work for McHugh Service Company after graduating from University of Pittsburgh. In October of 2011 CJ left McHugh Service Company to further his career in the construction industry. He joined the Sheet Metal Workers Local #19 Central, PA and started the apprentice program.
CJ attended a two-year class for TAB and is now one of OPB's lead project foreman.

Dan started his career as a Union Sheet Metal Worker for Local 19 Central Pennsylvania in 2012 working for Optimum Performance Balancing. He attended the four-year apprenticeship program. Dan has quickly adapted to the understanding of how air and hydronics systems operate and how to properly balance these systems. In June 2014 Dan had completed a two-year training class for testing, adjusting and balancing and is now one of OPB's lead project foreman.
In December 2016 Dan acquired is NEBB Technician Certification. Matt started his career in HVAC related field in 2007 when attending Reading Area Community College and acquired his associate degree in HVAC. In 2009 Matt acquired his HVAC Technician Universal Certification. In 2011 Matt joined Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 Central Pennsylvania working for MBR Construction Services. He attended a four-year apprenticeship program. In January 2015 Matt began his career in the testing, adjusting, and balancing field when hired by O.P.B. Matt has quickly adapted to the understanding of how air and hydronics systems operate and how to properly balance these systems. Matt is one of OPB's lead project foreman. In March 2016 Matt acquired is NEBB Technician Certification.
